This brochure would not have been produced prior to 1967 as the top Aqueduct ticket on the front of this brochure has a date on it which is partly visible above the label TYPE J11. There is sufficient of the date text showing, to read it is FEB 6 1967. It is reasonable to deduce that this brochure was probably produced not long after this date as one would expect that the tickets selected for the brochure much further into the future would be more contemporary. Additionally, the J11 had its debut at Aqueduct and as it was a new product at that time, it is probable that the brochure was produced to advertise it around the same time. A company article appeared in its magazine Tote Topics in March 1967, describing the J11 with respect to the newly operational system at Aqueduct. This Tote Topics article can be read in the previous image page in the photo gallery by clicking on one of the images above and scrolling up and selecting the previous brochure thumbnail which is an image of an actual J11.
